Lands of Septempontia
The Lands of Septempontia are the largest territorial subdivisions of the Empire. They are of two types: States, which have a recognized constitution and a large degree of self-government, and Provinces, which do not and are governed only by Imperial law and officials appointed by the Emperor and Federal Council.
