Westmoreland County
Appearance
Westmoreland County is the easternmost county of Triparia. In the Peerage of Septempontia, it is traditionally called Hesperia, to avoid confusion with the similarly-named British earldom of Westmorland.
Notable Places
- The borough of Irwin, and the surrounding North Huntingdon township, are the traditional fief of Nautopolis.
- The original western terminus of the Pennsylvania Turnpike was in Nautopolis. The Turnpike was later extended all the way to Ohio.
- Some of the Empire's most famous citizens (Shawn and Gracie) grew up in Nautopolis, and Carrie grew up just across its border in Hempfield Township (but with an Irwin address).
- Laurel Hill Tunnel, one of the Lost Tunnels, crosses the eastern border of Westmoreland County into Somerset County and Kalmont.
