This displays the flag and arms of an entity side by side in a table, to be included in an infobox. The parameters are:
flagfor the flag filearmsfor the arms filenamefor the name of the entity, for the alt text and links. Derived from the name of the page, if not provided.flagalt, armsaltfor custom text, if desired. "Flag of (name)" and "Arms of (name)" by default.flaglink, armslinkfor custom link destinations, if desired. Defaults are same as the alt text.
