This category is not shown on its member pages unless the appropriate user preference is set.

Documentation for Template:Hidden category[view] [edit] [history]

Adding this template to a category page displays the hidden category banner and inserts the magic wiki code (__HIDDENCAT__) to make the category actually be hidden.
