The '''flag of [[Septempontia]] between 2004 and 2008''' was different than the modern flag. The flag displayed a blue pall ("Y" shape) running horizontally, representing the rivers of the Empire, and most especially the Three Rivers of Pittsburgh.  Over the pall was placed the shield of the [[Arms of Septempontia (2004-2008)|Empire's coat of arms]], depicting a bridge with six arches and seven piers, with water flowing beneath it and a crescent moon above it.
