This displays the flag and arms of an entity side by side in a table, to be included in an infobox. The parameters are:

flag for the flag file
arms for the arms file
name for the name of the entity, for the alt text and links. Derived from the name of the page, if not provided.
flagalt, armsalt for custom text, if desired. "Flag of (name)" and "Arms of (name)" by default.
flaglink, armslink for custom link destinations, if desired. Defaults are same as the alt text.
