This template displays whatever you like in a pair of chevron angle brackets.  This is good for things like language graphemes, which are traditionally in angle brackets, without dealing with the hassle of HTML.

To use this, just use the expression <code>ab</code> and put whatever should appear in the brackets after the vertical bar. So to show:
The template takes one parameter, that being the text to put in the brackets.
