Including this template adds a page to the category for disambiguation pages, and displays the banner about disambiguation.

If the text parameter is used, that is what is displayed as the first line of the banner:

If the title parameter is used, the default message is used, and will say "... lists articles associated with the title title".

If neither is used, the default message is used, and the title is determined by removing " (disambiguation)" from the page title.

If the nowarn=yes option is used, the line about "If an internal link led you here" is suppressed.

If the image parameter is used, it will replace the default image. If the parameter is set to none, there will be no left-side image.

An image may be added on the right by including a imageright parameter.
